Grant Maner is a self-repped & self-taught director + editor based in the western United States. His work lives at a unique crossroads: one where hyper-engaging visuals meet raw human moments.

A deep understanding of sound and its psychological impact on the viewer is a key reason his work continues to stand out. His creative ethos is built on one simple truth: Sound evokes more emotion than imagery. For that reason, sound shapes his art.

With over a decade's experience as a comercial editor, Grant has the rare opportunity to implement a holistic approach to his directing work. Often writing, directing, editing, and sound designing himself. Enabling more creative control & an uncompromised final product. 

 

When Grant is not working on a project, you can find him (or not find him) alone, fly fishing hundreds of miles deep in the Rocky Mountain backcountry.
